In order to obtain an accurate price and offer the best service possible, we do require some information from you. This privacy notice describes what personal data we collect and how we use this.

How we collect your information

When you contact this office either by phone , via email or webform we require certain personal information from you to enable us to obtain the best and most accurate price. This information includes names, address, vehicle details, names of passengers and contact details. We will also obtain dates and times of possible ferry bookings. If you accept a price, then we would need some form of payment from you. The payment information is processed via a secure banking system and no notes of payment details are taken.

Who do we share this information with?

Your payment information (credit/debit card number, expiry date and security code) will only be shared to a secure banking network. We do not keep any manual notes of payment details. Your booking details will be shared with the relevant ferry operator for the purposes of your booking only. We do not share your details with any other organisation for marketing purposes.

DISRUPTED SAILINGS

We will always try to take a note of your mobile number to enable us to contact you in the event of last minute amendments to sailings. Occasionally, this information is passed to the ferry companies that we deal with. This is to ensure we are able to get in touch at any time of day to keep you informed of any changes to your original booking. This information will not be used by any third party for anything other than disrupted sailings.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies
